The someone comfort insole packet says 1pain enclosed. But there was only a single right foot only in the box when I opened it at home. See, I never open and checked it in the store upon purchasing the item...But I will definitely be returning this single insole soon as the next day

I had someone take my granddaughter in to exchange her Christmas shoes and the order got totally messed up and I ended up with an in store gift card.I took the card back in and the two clerks could not have been nicer. They gave me a gift card I could use online then ordered the shoes for me snd applied a discount. I would definitely recommend this store and the employees there.

Stopped in for fishing licenses. Waiting for the manager to do them once we spoke to him he said he couldn't offer that service because there was only 2 employees in the store, but he could wait on someone who was returning shoes without a receipt for almost 15 mins. Horrible customer service we will not be returning to this Dicks.
