“The staff was polite. Car was clean. Had to leave after bringing car back to go top off the tank, even though it was above the FULL fuel line and I did not top it off after approximately 7-10 miles of use. But it was only a 20 minute delay to go to the nearby Race Trac and put the $3 fuel in it to not get charged $14 by Hertz. Frustrating yea, but I get it. Will rent again.”

“I had rented a car from Avis in Winter Haven Fl to drive to my grand baby birthday on 8/10/24. When we got on the interstate the truck was shimming bad and was pulling to the left. We had left to early to take it back so we drove on to Brunswick where we realized there was front end problems and front drivers tire was about to blow. Went to Golden Isles Airport to the Avis location and they were awesome! Rob the manager is outstanding and was so kind and helped me thru the process of getting me in a safe car to drive home. Rob will never know how much it meant to me in that stressful time for him to be so understanding. The other staff there was awesome also. They all were so kind and caring and got me into a safe car so I could go on to the party and then get home! Thank you Rob and your staff for everything!”

“The team (Rob, Krys, and Kayla) at the Budget Rental Car location at the Brunswick Airport location were absolutely amazing. We were driving to Florida and our rental car's front right tire could not keep its air pressure. We called customer service and were directed to go to their location. The team found us another rental car, helped us unload one car and move everything to another car in the middle of a storm. They were kind and extremely helpful. Thank you Rob, Krys and Kayla for helping us and making the frustrating process so easy.”
