Brought a set of wheels to be dismounted, which they over charge for even though I was getting them remounted and balanced. Got the wheels powder coated. Went to pick them up when they were supposed be done and they only mounted one and said they can’t balance them and would need to take them to a shop in Jacksonville for balancing. I called another local shop down the road and they can balance them, in Brunswick. They also scratched the newly powder coated wheel in several spots. They blamed the mounting machine even though the wheel was laying on the concrete. Now the wheel has to be dismounted again and repaired at the powder coating shop. They would not refund any of my money for dismounting them. I understand they did the work but I also don’t live close and gas and time for their mistake and lack if modern equipment should be worth something. Now, after the wheel gets repaired I’ll have to take them to a different shop that can mount and balance them. Horrible way of doing business!

Highly recommend!! Very professional and honest. We were traveling and we got a flat. They examined the tire and didn’t try to upsell like so many shops!! Thank you!! They patched our tire when another shop said we needed a new tire. Great business practices.

I believe her name was sally that answered the phone. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to find me tires in my price range.
I have odd number tires on my car and they are expensive. Thank you, Sally. I appreciate it more than you know.

Went to Chevy with my daughters car and they ended up having to do an oil change , when I told them I had one done a few weeks ago they showed me my oil and my oil filterAll I can say is they did not do the oil change on my daughter’s car as we paid for. So when going to Duckworth be careful was as the saying goes buyer beware . check what your paying for when you never know if the job you paid for and was really done or did they just rip you off

I was referred to this shop and they were amazing! I was traveling from out of state and my muffler cracked while driving on the interstate. They were friendly, efficient and reasonable priced. They made sure the repair was done well and had me in and out in no time! Thank you Landon and team for taking great care of me and my vehicle!!

sorriest workers i ever met. takes 3 hours to change 1 single car wheel while there is NO business? & the workers are dumber then a box of rocks.

they had previously installed side exit exhaust tips for me and looked perfect . had a muffler swap done and now the side exhaust tips look bad . hanging down and crooked. had family in town and was in a hurry to leave so didn't mention it . but it's bugging me. the exhaust man does amazing work so I'm not sure what happened.
