Service was exceptional! Last minute repair needed less than an hour before they closed on holiday weekend. They were polite, didn’t give the vibe that I was a “pain in the butt” customer…which I was because I waited till last minute. I am new to area and just found a tire/service center for my cars. Thanks Jason and team. Customer service is everything! They have it!

I wanted to take time to say thank you to Duckworth Tire Co. Yesterday my husband and I and our 3 kids were heading to Jekyll Island, 5 hours from home when we got a flat tire right before heading over Sidney Lanier bridge. We thank the Lord for protecting our family, and for Duckworth Tire Co going out of their way to fit us into their super busy day. I know they could have easily told us they didn't have the time or availability, but they knew we had no other transportation and were far from home.
Thank you for taking the time to help us replace 2 tires, and also the price was more than fair (we were recently in downtown Atlanta w/ a flat tire and paid more for just one tire because they were not a nice business and we had no other options).
Thank you again, your business was a blessing to us yesterday and helped us finish our vacation safely and with minimal inconvenience. Thank you!

I had to get a tire repaired due to a nail in the tread, near the sidewall. Many tire dealers will tell you “it’s too close to the sidewall” and force you to buy a new tire.
Jason took great care of me and got the tire repaired in less than 2 hours (fine with me as I wasn’t planning on waiting). The price was reasonable and the job was done correctly.
Note that Duckworth Tire does pass along credit card processing fees so consider paying with cash and save 4%.

Out of town in a hurry to go see Mickey Mouse. TYLER went out of his way to make sure we were in and out quickly, when everyone in town had a 4 plus hour wait. We were in and out in 30 minutes, and in the road safely. Thank you to the staff that helped and would recommend 10/10. Fast, efficient and very professional. Clean bathrooms a plus! Traveling through Brunswick and needed new tires for my 5th wheel. Duckworth quoted me a price on in-stock tires and said they could do it that day. They originally said they couldn't balance the tires, but then called back and said they could/would balance them but they didn't have the weights and they wouldn't be able to complete the job until the following day. I wasn't comfortable leaving the RV overnight in their parking lot so I stopped by at 5:05pm to check on the trailer and the tires were on. It would have been great to have been notified that evening so I could have picked it up paid and been done. I delayed my departure the next day to pay for the tires and have the weights checked. My main frustration with duckworth is that I pointed out to Jason that the weights were not put on properly. There was a gap of about 1/8in on several of the weights. Jason had a little attitude but brought someone out to fix the tires. After banging on the rims for several minutes The young lady said that was the best she could do. There was still a gap. Jason didn't come back out to ensure the problem was resolved. Long story short by the time I got to Texas about half the weights had slung off the RV. I called and left a message for Jason with no call back. A week later I called and talked to Jason he said there was nothing they could do because the tires were balanced when I left the shop. When I asked for compensation to offset my having to go to another tire store out west to have the tires rebalanced he said no. Take-away: If you're from out of town it's best to avoid duckworth go to Mavis or another tire store that can help you. Duckworth is probably fine if you're local and can go back two or three times to ensure everything is done correctly. I should have read more reviews before choosing Duckworth.

Great Prices, great customer service. I had 2 trailer tires blow out. Taylor was very helpful got me in and out quickly. And Eric did a great job with the install. It's good to know people still do good business these days!

It's always great to receive excellent customer service! Taylor at the ALTAMA location was very helpful, professional, polite and knowledgeable about replacing the tires on our Kia Telluride. He stayed in contact keeping me informed and confirming that we would be picking up the car the same day.

The roaming dad review was totally undeserving. One thing I know about ********* is you look for trouble you find it. My family and I were recently homeless were living out of our car. ************* showed me compassion and genuine love. I had two metal showing tires on *************. Free of charge ************* gave me two tires and had his workers install them for us. No wonder his employees came against him. 9 times out of ten Mr ******** words additude brought about negative responses. He may not own this town but I guarantee he owns the respect of Glynn county. Btw if you ask nicely Mr ******* I sure he'll accept your apology....Buckets
