Great service. I appreciated that when my vehicle broke down at 6:15AM the tow truck operator picked up the phone! Arrived quickly. Had an hour tow and he was a pleasant person to ride with. Kindly dropped me off at the place I was staying too. Note: I am a single female and was traveling alone and was comfortable with this guy. Honest and pleasant to deal with.Service: Car towing

Bear went far and above any other towing company. We were traveling down the 95 when we broke down. He not only came came quickly, but also helped with finding a good place to get the car repaired at. He even drove us to an autoparts store to see if we could get the part quicker and didn't charge any more. Highly recommended

I Had An Issue With My Car I Called Big Bear & He Was There In No Time I Had Been Stuck All Night Every Other Roadside Would Send Me To Voicemail I Was Able To Reach Them & The Service Was Quick , Excellent , Affordable Most Of All It Was Around 5am 5:30ish Great Service !!! My family and I were stuck on the side of the 95 for over an hour the day before xmas eve at 430am with a blown tire and no spare. I literally called 19 tow company's and noone picked up. I called Big bear and without hesitation he was happy to help and was there within 30 mins to save the day. Super nice man, and very accadmating. I highly recommend him!!!!
