I've never had a problem with the actual location, however their automated and phone teams are awful no help whatsoever. They don't tell you anything and all they can say is I'm sorry like that's supposed to fix things. Smh would not recommend banking with them.

Not a user of this bank bit was given a Christmas gift in form of a check and since they were closer than me going to my bank I chose to cash my gift check that was written on an account of this bank and they charged me $8 how absurd is that. It's not like they had to get any information or anything from me. Is this customarily for every bank if you are not an account holder yourself but you are cashing a check from one of their customer accounts.. Very disappointed ?

I've about had it with TRUIST. Since they bought out Suntrust, THEY SUCK! The ATM's are always messed up. Not accepting money. How can you not accept money? I understand not giving it. And it always happens right after closing! Customer service is horrible! I'm looking to switch my account to another bank at this point. I've never seen a bank with so many issues with trying to give them money!!!!

The people/ tellers are friendly, kind and helpful- the service is slow, the wait, the lines, the speed of each transaction- unbearable, horrible. I have had several issues with cashing checks, depositing monies and accessing my funds through this Truist bank. I would not recommend to anyone, personally my experience with them has been just that aggravating.

Since SunTrust merger to Truist I have had the worst experience in banking. The drive through banking always has a problem. The online banking is accessible half the time. Looking into other banks is advisable.

Dial customer service/ then dial capital one customer service.You will see the difference.Don't use Truist for personal or Buisness

Ms. Teresa Garner is a gem! She really went the extra mile for my mother and me about obtaining statements. She spoke in a kindly manner, didn't judge us for the way we looked, or act like we were computer illiterate. She understood our needs. She was great! Banks need more people like her!. The Bankers there are attentive and will approach if they see you sitting waiting. Only one acted like we couldn't understand what was being said and that annoyed me, but Ms. Garner was a true professional. She will always be whom I will refer folks to. Be Blessed.

staff are wonderful, transaction on line are slow, despise this particular bank, I have had more problems with these folks than anywhere else I have banked.

Horrible service. To make an auto loan payment you cannot use a debit card??? Has to be cash check or money order??? 30 min wait in drive through to tell me this! One branch in Glynn County? My bank for 35 years, no more!!

Slow, slow, slow. There were 2 Suntrust locations & 1 BB&T that combined to form 1 Truist location with less tellers. They also hold your deposits in a pending status much longer than SunTrust did.

Place is terrible. The ATM deposit feature is always down. The staff is not friendly and they are insanely slow. Worst bank ever

I've called this location over ten times trying to reach someone with questions about mortgages. After several calls a teller finally answered and when I requested to speak to someone about mortgages she recommended I look online. I then informed here I wanted to talk to a person not look at a computer screen. She told me the manager was busy and she would give them my information to call me back I never heard from them. This whole experience has made me considering a different bank and anyone who sees this please stay away if you want your business and money taken seriously.
