“Let me start by saying they were open Thanksgiving Day. Went in to get some exhaust parts the gentleman that helped was Joey I believe was able to locate and suggest everything I needed. Also while I was there I got diagnostic on my Range Rover. They were able to give me a print out of codes and a list of possible fixes was also on the report. I would recommend this O'Reilly's parts store over any parts stores. I normally wouldn't give a 4 star rating to O'Reilly's because I haven't ever been able to exchange a lifetime warranty part. They can look up everything I bought but the parts I need to exchange. That's reason for 4 stars hopefully this location is different.”

“This location is THE location! Jim (the manager) listened to me explain what I needed and then helped me find it. Before selling me anything, Jim tested pieces and parts to make sure I got what I needed. He installed my headlights and explained what he was doing. He even took time out to tell me the types of repairs that O'Reilly can't complete. You know, just in case something else went wrong.
