Jeff, our salesperson, was very energetic, patient and knowledgeable. He answered 98% of our questions and worked with us to secure the deal we were comfortable with. I give him a thumbs down for not showing us the engine compartment and not getting back to us on how to raise the windows with the key fob. You Tube answered our questions and overall, we're happy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle.

Total cost was more than quote, but we knew it was just a quote. The part was faulty so after we left the door didn't open from the inside. He tested it to make sure it locked and unlocked but didn't test the door handle from inside so I was locked inside (luckily on the passenger side and my husband was there and opened it from outside). We waited an hour and a half to turn around and bring it back. He had to put the old one back in and order another new part. We found a body shop that will do the work for half of the price so we won't be back after this door is fixed (since we've already paid for it and it's not fixed).

They are not responsible, unethical, and a really bad experience, I do not recommend them! It will be necessary to perform the service in another establishment that provides better service to customers!! Good day :)
