Poor management and just awful customer service at the Community Road in Brunswick, GA..their shift managers are just so non caring and you always have to wait forever to get any kind of help with your parts or needs!

Was given the wrong part and didn't realize it until I was at home working on the vehicle. The package the part was in was ripped due to the it items with it in the bag after purchase. Upon returning the service associate decided to be smart and read me the back of the package that says not returnable if opened. Well that's cool, I threw it in their trash can and walked out. Along with the thousands of dollars I spend with autozone running my own repair business. Thanks, I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I would like to say that Jane that works at this Autozone saved me!! Both on New Years eve and New Years Day. I was visiting from PA and was leaving to go back on Jan 2nd. My minivan lost power on Dec 30th. New Years eve I bought a battery from Jane and replaced it and brought the mini van to Auto zone to give them the dead battery. Jane came out and checked it and said my Alternator was bad. It is New Years eve and Jane called many places for me but they were closed. Jane then called a friend who was more than happy to help me put in the alternator. The next day the van is starting to die again (New Years Day). Jane then calls her friend back and the only reasoning could be a bad alternator. Jane then returned the bad alternator for me and found another alternator that her friend put in and it worked. Long story short my wife, three kids and dog drove 15hrs back to PA with no problem. I would just like to thank Autozone and in particular Jane who went way over and beyond for me on New Years Eve and New Years Day when most people would not be working or would never extend that helping hand that Jane did. Autozone you have a tremendous employee with a huge heart and extremely knowledgeable about cars and what they need. Thank you Jane from our family!!

Staff was great! The manager, don't remember her name, quickly diagnosed my dead battery. The other employee, a gentleman with locs, quickly installed my new battery! Kudos to them both!

I, a 25 yr old girl with zero auto knowledge, came alone to get some oil and coolant for my car. The ladies, whose names I did not get unfortunately, and Patrick helped me make sure I did everything right. Everyone was polite and helpful when I asked any questions and volunteered to help me check to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I cannot thank Patrick enough for the help and reassurance he provided!!
