“As I was driving from Cincinnati to Daytona yesterday, my tensioner pulley self-destructed and caused both of my belts to come off and also destruct. I bedded down for the night as everything was closed but made an order to these guys for two belts and a tensioner. I got here in the early morning while it was still cold outside (because I had no coolant, or anything else for that matter) running off of strictly battery power. Upon 7am, I met with this amazing crew and they informed me that they won’t get my tensioner until after 12:00. They allowed me to hang out, ask questions, and they even took me to get lunch while I waited on my tensioner!Ps. If you need Milwaukee products, this is the place to go in southern Georgia. They have all the Milwaukee products. ??”

“They have taken care of my mom’s little bumps and dings on here vehicle. They have been very fair dealing with her on the charges for repair. Only complaint I have is that they need a bigger area for parking. Ladies at the front desk are very nice and extremely helpful. When my mom and I went in they were a little short of personnel. They handled the situation like true professionals. They contacted the person who had been dealing with my mom and said to just leave her vehicle and they would call her when it was completed. I was so glad they didn’t tell her to come back later.”

“Came to just look at a specific color Camry. Was greeted by the friendliest fellow in Brunswick Georgia, Billy Bob Smith. Told Billy upfront what we were there for and that we were not looking to buy that day. Billy was still willing to accommodate our inquiries and showed us a Camry in the color we were looking for. We explained what we exactly were looking for and were given a price. Felt like the price was a little more than we were willing to pay and declined the offer. As we were preparing to leave, Billy asked what we would pay for the Camry we were seeking. Long story short, we wound up agreeing to purchase the car at the price we were willing to pay. This was conditional upon the car we wanted being acquired within an agreed upon time frame. Billy let us know as soon as the car was acquired and when we would be able to pick it up. The same friendly Billy was waiting for us the day we went to pick up the car. All in all Billy was enjoyable to work with and I felt like he was very straightforward. That’s the kind of folks you want to do business with. If you’re looking for a Toyota, I would say do your research before you go anywhere and talk with Billy first. I feel like if it can happen, Billy will make it happen. Do your research first and then go talk to the dealership. Knowledge is your greatest tool and will help you get the deal you want. “I went there because my front bumper on my car got detached when I was backing out of a parking space at another location. The gentleman at the front desk came out to take a look and called one of his employees, He told him what to do and I went to wait in the lobby. About 30 minutes later my bumper was repaired and when I asked what was the charge, I was told nothing. I was shocked and surprised. I could not thank them enough.
