I read negative reviews first to find common problems experienced. I then form my opinions based on realistic expectations. The common thread here is the boilerplate responses to negative reviews by Aspen Dental. They come across as repetitive as if not having read the negative reviews. I find this to be administrative apathy and ambivalent uncaring from a by the numbers not by the patient organization.

First things first: everyone is so friendly! From the front staff, to the dental hygienists, to the dentist himself! The dentist was also very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had! The ladies in the front, especially Johnna and Angela, have been so incredibly helpful to my husband and I in working through and planning the financial aspect for treatment plans, and their thoroughness in ensuring we take the best route has been encouraging, compassionate and truly above and beyond! Thank you to everyone at Aspen in Brunswick!

If I could give a negative star rating I would have. My first appointment was scheduled for 3:30 got there at 3 and got into the back around 3:40 wasn’t to bad of a wait at first. But then it took forever for the dental hygienist to see me and then the actual dentist. I didn’t walk out of there til after 5:30. we set up an appointment for a cleaning and was told we would schedule an appointment for the removal of my wisdom at the next appointment Insurance covered most of it except about 600 of it. They asked if I wanted to set up a payment plan for it. And I said sure. Not wanting another credit card and making that clearly known the financial lady explained that it wasn’t a credit card. Well…… it definitely was a credit card I received and they had already charged the card for the amount of 600 for my wisdom teeth removal that has not happened yet nor has it been scheduled.. after calling them and stating they needed to refund the money back to the card they did without hesitation. Will not be returning ever… many people I know have had a horrible experience with this place and for some reason I still chose to go. My mistake.. definitely do not waste your time with this place.. just a big franchise after money..

I went in pain from cracked teeth. Everyone was polite, concerned and professional. The doctor was great. He got the teeth pulled quickly. Ordered pain meds and antibiotics. So far my pain is completely gone. Great experience.

Couldn’t get much worse. Made me wait an hour for a simple cosmetic repair. Then told me it would be more than an additional hour before they could treat me. When I asked to reschedule, they had no openings for almost a month. Their excuses? So-and-so was out today. One of their machines was broken. Running behind. My advice? Stay away from Aspen Dental!

The staff at Aspen Dental is very friendly and courteous. The preconsulting session is very informative and allows you to understand the financial process before obtaining the service. The dentist (Dr. Campbell) is very thorough. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent job the owner was there and he found things to correct all my teeth awesome job. I'm getting something similar to braces or invasalign my gums are pulling down on my teeth so the braces are going to push it back up.

I was called to back very quick. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Campbell, he was very through with what I needed done. Made sure I understood procedures. Was very pleased with my visit.
