We booked a U-HAUL truck at ALTAMA storage. The truck was booked for 12:15 we came late 12:50 The manager already left for lunch with a sign on the door “out for lunch back 2:20” Lunch for hour and a half. I would appreciate a phone call letting me know. ?

I’m super upset with Altama storage today is January 27th ,2024 I would never go here to begin with 1st of all my mom has been with the company for years to keep her belongings in storage after moving out of her house they are extremely the worst company ever IN Brunswick Georgia if this had zero stars that’s what I would give them for you all to not have cameras and to let anybody break in every storage unit is so unacceptable and for you not to have cameras covering the unit is very scary my mother. Lost 2 washer and dryers due to lack of INPROPER precautions on Property highly disappointed being that my reviews go viral let’s make this go viral since they didn’t want to give my mother her money back or replace her items I will be calling corporate Monday morning …… YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN YOU DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY MOTHERS BELONGINGS AND IM WARNING EVERYONE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR YOU ALL APOLOGIZE BECAUSE THIS WAS MORE THEN ONE TIME HOPEFULLY CORPORATE LOOKS INTO THE SITUATION AND I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BRUNSWICK GEORGIA ,JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA, SAVANNAH GEORGIA DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS BELONGINGS PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THERE FURNITURE AND OTHER BELONGINGS FOR ANYTHING TO BE RUINED AND STOLEN AND FOR THE COMPANY NOT TO DO ANYTHING IM DEFINITELY NOT DELETING MY REVIEW AT ALL DO BETTER OR CLOSE THE COMPANY DOORS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT SATISFY YOU . ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS WILL BE STOLEN AND THEY DO NOT CARE TO REPLACE IT UNTIL YOU FIX IT THIS REVIEW WILL STAY HERE FOR YEARS SO OTHER CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE MY BEAUTIFUL MOTHER DID YOU GUYS A FAVOR AND YOU ALL SUCK AND I WILL NOT REFER YOU TO ANYONE IM GETTING THIS WORD OUT NOW…….. The entrance gate may or may not open when you enter your code. The door on our unit was so hard to open and close and was never fixed after calling and reporting issue to staff. We recently moved to a new storage facility and wow what a night and day difference.

Have a unit with the Altama storage facility all my clothes were damaged due to no maintenance on unit water got into unit due to striping wasn't maintain contact the owner he replied that it was humidity that damaged my clothes, dirt and water damage my clothes I taken photos of my clothes and seeking legal help for damages wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this place if you have a unit there you need to make sure you're items are good this is bad business when people are spending money monthly, I'm really not happy about the situation and the owner doesn't give a DAM!!!!

So upset right now. Im moving today and I hired a crew to move me at 9:30am. I have a big schedule for my moving day and I have to stick to my times. I wouldnt be so upset if I didnt have a flight to catch. I arrived at 9:05am and the doors were locked. Office says it opens 9am SATURDAY, yet its still closed. Its 9:15 am now. Apparently around here, hours do not matter. Beyond unacceptable.
