The ladies at the office is always polite and friendly to talk too. They were able to shop around and find me a much better rate than i was paying with my previous company. I referred my neighbors and they got them covered also.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I JUST CALLED ON 5-29-24 @ 12:28 pm. A WOMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS VERY CONDESCENDING AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE AND LAZY! SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP AT ALL. I'M MORTIFIED AT HOW SHE'S REPRESENTING THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER SHOULD BE TOO. HUNG UP. CALLED BACK AND SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I'LL BE SURE ACCEPTANCE IS THE LAST COMPANY I RECWOMMEND TO MY CUSTOMERS MOVING FORWARD. JUST DISGUTING

Amazing costumer service from Baleigh Rawlins, she made everything so easy and was able to get everything set and ready for me! It took like 5 minutes and we were done! I would 100% recommend this company. 10/10!!!
