Take your business anywhere but here! If you call and ask for a call back you'll never get staff is busy complaining about working here and saying they should reopen their daycare, the workers always have there family and kids running around and the employees always smell like pot! everyone is always rude and disrespectful. This location needs to be closed down if you ask me.

Poor customer service. Manager doesn't help customers whatsoever. If you setup auto pay for certain dates they charge you before the due date. Save your self the headache and shop somewhere else

The in store employees are awesome!! All the way down to the delivery driver BUT your online ordering costumer service needs attention. I had an issue with an online order, I called the store and the manager did all she could do on her end. I then called the online costumer service and spoke with a very Rude gentleman that kept telling me to call my local store. He was not comprehending what I was trying to explain to him. I asked to speak to one of his higher ups to get more help the “ ahole” connected me to my local store!!I called back and was hung up on!!!I wish I had gotten his name!! No help at all. Finally the store local manager straighter it out for me!! Kudos to the store manager and her whole staff!! Thank you for great service.. now Arron’s needs to work in their online customer service team.. maybe the local store needs to go train them on how it’s done!!-Robin

I’ve bought a tv and sound bar package, then a year later bought an Xbox. The tv and sound bar are absolutely by no means worth what I’m paying for it. Everytime I go in the store the people are pretty much I help all they want is for you to buy something so they can make commission and you can clearly tell in the way they push you to buy. The Xbox was 4$ down deal and they said I would be billed the next month. Instead I was billed the full payment a week later the next week I was due again for another full payment on the first of the month. I argued with manager and she said the store rep that did my paperwork did it wrong so I didn’t get the special deal. Everytime there is a special deal it’s a big lie. Now the last 3 months I’ve been charged multiple payments on the wrong date even after I call to make sure there not going to charge my card they still do every single month. Now they say they already caught it and refunded it. It took every dollar in my account on the WRONG date there for I wasn’t ready to make another payment as I had just called and made one. This store is really a joke in Brunswick I don’t recommend them to anyone. You WAY WAY over pay for everything and you can not trust what absolutely any of the employees say. Not even the managers

The washer/dryer I rented from Aaron's is great but every time I set up a time for them to come and pick it up they came when it was no longer in the window they had said. It is really annoying because you have to keep paying the rent when they don't pick it up. That is the main reason I am giving this place three stars.

I was helping my son's grandma move. They came and got her chair and moves it for her to her new apartment. We were bringing another heavy piece of furniture in and they helped with that too. The two delivery guys are totally awesome.
