Literally the worst place ever. Gateway halfway house infested with roaches. The owner likes to show up weekly unannounced randomly to spray for them. Couldn’t get away from here fast enough!

What a horrible place to live, depends on who the governing land lord is... the owner is a horrible person. He has the strings on the puppet of your life when you stay under the roof he provides..... set him up on fire the first time that you have a chance to. He has it coming.... from a very long line of vengeance.... you know what I mean !!!

This a BAD company to buy a car from .. I brought a 2002 cavalier chevy and drove it for 2 days and it started running hot Bobby Davenport was very rude about it being running hot really didn't get help about the problem they promised me they would fix the dash board still haven't been fixed after a WEEK they reset code for the check engine light the problem still wasn't fixed they scam folks they buying cars for cheap but selling them for high this car was originally 1600 as advertised he purchased the the car for $300 at the auction ..he narcissistic I would never buy a car from here again people if you wanna decent car go else where anywhere but here

Face to face customer service is spot on, however I would not recommend ever buying a car from here. I'm a mechanic by trade and have looked over the vehicles from here and even came to drive one, not purchased by myself. These cars are bought directly from auction for 200 to 1000 dollars, they then mark them up by up to 500% of that. At auction you are unable to actual look at the car's internals, you know the things that keep a car running. This particular place does absolutely no maintenance on their vehicles. My friend drove a car off the lot whose battery failed not 5 miles after purchase then requested that the AC be fixed as it was advertised as having AC they handed him a paper saying they had accomplished the work however I dont think they understand that both my friend and I have a combined 25 years of mechanical experience at least. They did absolutely no work to the cars air conditioning which is a very evident item.

Just called to ask about a vehicle. I was told it was sold, which wasn't the problem, but the customer service over the phone was horrible. Because I called the number listed online, they sounded bothered and when I told them it was ok, they hung up on me. Can you say "rude"?
