“Been working here almost 5 years. Love the job and the carriers. As well as the bosses. Super friendly place to work but I want to point out that Shasta is an ex employee. I don't know what caused her to make a post so many years later but our management team is top notch and they always do the best they can and give you as much information as they possibly can but some times you can't explain something in a way to make people understand without them actually having done the job. As far as people moving around and doing change of addresses make sure you always always always get both addresses correct. Our clerks are all very professional and great at their job”
