My sister lives in Brooklet. The postman is remarkable. He helps and cares very much for mail recipients. My sister's birthday gift was delivered promptly. God bless and keep this post office.

If I could give 0 stars I would they were so rude and I have not received my passport 10 months later and cannot get in contact with any representatives of this post office at all.

My daughter had the most awful experience at this post office getting a passport. The lady was rude and my daughter was told that she couldn't smile. I have a never heard of that rule and I am smiling on my passport and I sent my other daughter to a different location and there was no rules for smiling for her either. Then my daughter was told that she had to wait because there was an earlier appointment that was scheduled at an earlier time and that appointment time for that person was 5 minutes before my daughter arrived, so she waited and no one ever showed up, then the lady helped my daughter. My daughter felt as if she was so awful and if she doesn't like her job then quit.

Updating: packages left on the porch in pouring rain the simplest thing would have been to knock so we could retrieve! who ever is delivering is just lazy and uncaring plain and simple!Have now been in my home for more than a year and it's always something with USPS!just for salt in the wound amazon delivery is fantastic!!!been in my home for 6 months now and STILL returning to sender tons of mail that isnt for me. Also got a missed delivery for "dogs" this is very strange i didnt know dogs INSIDE were an issue.the tracking i received was no good
