I never do these but everyone needs to see their work. If I could give zero stars I would! They took forever to fix my front bumper, Way longer than they initially told me. Then they put molding on my same bumper put it back on, fixed the glass on the headlight which is still the same headlight as well and then put it back on. Painted the bumper while it was on my car. Which if you paint cars, you don’t do that. They even got paint on my window. Now I will have to go to another place to get this fixed! Would never recommend to anyone!

I had hit a deer with my truck. Fail's estimate was far better than any one I got including one in Pembroke which is near where I live. It was done in a little over a week and looks like a new truck (see attached picture). And that's notable since it's a 2009 with nearly 200K miles on it. And when I picked it up, the charge was about $100 less than the estimate. I have to end by asking, why would you go anywhere else when you can get that kind of timely service for that kind of money?

Absolutely Outstanding. Extremely satisfied. Took my 27 year old Dodge Stealth for a paint job. Even though the car was babied, it still had scratches and dings. When they were finished it looked as good if not better than when I bought it in 1993.
