Took our 2013 Acura RDX there due to transmission issues as they are recognized nationwide as a Mr. Transmission franchise. After 1 day they quoted us that it needed a remanufactured transmission with a total bill of $4800 for replacement. I outsourced another shop for a second opinion, gave them the vehicle info. I didn’t so much as make it to the vehicle to head there before they called back with reports of a Technical Service Bulletin on the car for the exact issues we were starting to experience. So we set the appointment for Acura to service the transmission as required to the TSB.. Vehicle drives like new. This shop apparently does not research the vehicles that they are servicing. Just BEWARE. I also got the impression that they were not the most trustworthy auto shop after I stopped by to let them know what the outcome was as I proceeded to catch them in lies.

Great service! I called on December 26th at lunch time, and needed a tire repair. They were able to squeeze me in and have my tire back to me in just a couple of hours. When I went to pick up the tire, which I had dropped off in my truck, they had an employee load the tire out in the parking lot. To me, that is just one of the little things to show they care; and one of the reasons small town businesses can not be beat when it comes to customer service. Thank you, and I plan to be back for my future needs!

I was calling around to get different quotes for a simple AC clutch repair for my Corolla. This place wouldn't even give me a quote unless I took time off from my job to bring it in and have them diagnose it even after I explained to him I had the car diagnosed at Toyota! Big L for Chase

Very polite and friendly. The wife and I were over 100 miles from home on my motorcycle and her floorboard bolt came loose. The shop was not open but there was a gentleman there doing some work and allowed me to use his tools to tighten it up.Service: General repairs & maintenance
