spent $7,000 no expense spared going through a 6.0 I had bought (my 3rd 6.0). Truck was supposed to be done in 2 weeks it took nearly 2 months. I finally got truck back and after only 800 miles of driving since getting out of Brian's it broke a rocker arm (in brand new cylinder heads) and left me stranded on side of i16 with entire family I obviously called Brian and he assured me he would get it taken care of and handle the $300 tow bill but still i was concerned about potential damage done to motor and was told there was no Piston to valve contact. A day later i go to pick up truck i was told i could not have the truck back without paying the tow bill. after exchange of words Brian tore out and i was left with no option but to pay the other owner the tow bill fee and be on my way. He printed me ticket that read " cyl # 3 has valve indentions and customer has turned off rev limiter so no further warranty work" This could not be further from the truth. I have never been lied to on this level and screwed out of money worse..May have once been a decent shop but those days are long gone. I could not have had a worse experience. Went on to sell the truck as fresh bulletproof 6.0 and buyer called me a month later and 2,000 miles later saying the truck had now dropped a valve (brand new cylinder heads) and Brian's wanted to charge him tear down fee and full price repair. AFTER $7K OF WORK THE TRUCK DIDN'T EVEN LAST AN OIL CHANGE WORTH OF MILES.... the truck clearly did not go back together right. Shade tree service at professional rates. Do yourself a favor and Save your truck, money, and the headache and make the drive out of town to a shop that actually cares for their customers and the work they perform.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I scheduled ahead for a transmission issue and they repaired while I waited. It now shifts better than new. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of crap. They didn’t give me a grocery list of problems. They gave me relevant (to my truck) conversation and realistic solutions. I absolutely recommend these folks.

Statesboro is a college town so that being said there are a lot of businesses that rip off college kids and their families. Brian's diesel is one of those ! My son took his truck in for a diagnostic testing. He went back to pick it up and was charged over $200 just for them to tell him what was wrong. I've taken my truck in to other places for this and it's either no charge or maybe $50. The guys had been in his truck and let muddy feet all over the truck inside. They didn't do a repair of any type because we didn't want them to after they quoted a ridiculous amount for that as well. We spoke to other shops who quoted reasonable pricing for repairs and minimal to no charge for diagnostics They clearly realized he was a young man and even when he spoke his mind about the charges and the mud they were rude and didn't give a crap. Lesson learned the hard way here. Don't let this happen to you or your friends and family.
