“My daughter, a college student, was in an accident Easter Sunday night. I called my insurance company Monday morning. I did my research and called around to find out when she could bring her car in for a quote. The "preferred" place for insurance couldn't fit her in until the end of April (for a quote) and it would "probably be next month" (May) before they could make any repairs. Not an option! Craig's Collision Center is across the street from my daughter's apartments so I called there and another place across town to see if she could get a quote. After speaking to Craig for 3 minutes, I knew I wanted him to fix my daughter's car. Craig is not only a nice man, he has integrity and treated my family as if we were a part of his. While it was unfortunate that we were in a situation to need bodywork, I will always rely on Craig's Collision Center for any work on our cars. I'm a raving fan!”

“Thank you Jimmy Britt. More importantly thank you to Bubba and the ladies in the service department. My check engine light was on and despite taking my vehicle to 2 other dealerships, no one serviced my vehicle or told me what the problem was. Bubba took the time to explain what service was needed and how long it may take. Although, he didnt have a loaner for me. The turn atound tume was short (1 day). Their customer service is impeccable. I appreciate their effort and southern hospitality. They set the standard very high. Thank you again.”
“I had hit a deer with my truck. Fail's estimate was far better than any one I got including one in Pembroke which is near where I live. It was done in a little over a week and looks like a new truck (see attached picture). And that's notable since it's a 2009 with nearly 200K miles on it. And when I picked it up, the charge was about $100 less than the estimate. I have to end by asking, why would you go anywhere else when you can get that kind of timely service for that kind of money?”
