Patricia was the most genuine & sweetest teller I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I’ve been a member of Wells Fargo since 1991 & people like her make me proud to be a member. She’s a great asset to have on the frontline! An act of kindness goes such a long way because you have no idea what people are going through & though this isn’t my home location, I’ll gladly make the trip to come here moving forward just because of her! Thank you so much Patricia!!!

I thought it was just me but one of the bank tellers is very passive aggressive. He talks down to me every time I come into the bank by asking for unnecessary things or repeating what I say in a condescending tone. I had been to bank 3 times in less than a month to handle some personal business and each time I came into contact with him his tone was so unpleasant. I am still thinking about this and it's almost been a month. I would definitely avoid in person interaction because of this. I thought I was alone until I read the reviews.

we are very disappointed with the Wells Fargo branches we visited today. We are long-standing Wells Fargo customers with a mortgage and several bank accounts and credit cards through this business. We have not gone into a branch for services for years. All we needed today was a notary for our will and the person at the bank told us she could not help us today. the other branch we went to didn't even have a notary despite this being a standard service that banks usually offer to their customers. We were told to go to UPS and pay for it. This is unacceptable. Notarizing a document would've taken five minutes. Oh, and you may be thinking, why didn't you call to see if they could take you today. We tried to call, no one answered their phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and disorganized branch. Wished I had read Yelp and Google reviews prior to going there. We are closing our account with them.

If we could give zero stars we would. Worst customer service, unprofessional, extremely slow and rude. Armando left us sitting in drive thru for twenty minutes to deposit a check. He snickered when we asked why it was taking so long. No other cars in lane but us. There were 4 or 5 team members inside laughing while continuing to press call button with no response. When they did answer he said you can use atm next time. Closing our account. Terrible service

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The worst WELLS FARGO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!! I have been here twice and they have treated me unjust BOTH TIMES!! Would not recommend to a BUG!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THE MANAGER HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND THE STAFF JUST FOLLOWS BEHIND HER. The WORST.

WORST BRANCH EVER!! We went to this branch to get two cashier's checks. The two managers on site refused to give them to us even though we had the available funds. They gave us a number to call, which we did. The WF employee on the phone told us that the branch had no reason to withhold the funds from us and that the branch was obviously violating WF policies. The managers refused to speak to the WF employee who was on the phone. We drove to another branch where we were treated very well and given no hassle about the cashier's checks.

I opened an account before leaving the country on vacation with the purpose of buying crypto currency (which I mentioned to the banker.). I made my first wire and the next morning I found out that my mobile access is suspended. When I called and spoke to the fraud department they were of no help, rude and pretty much hang up on me after telling me they weren't going to help me and told me I have to go to the branch and show 2 pieces of authentication?? Obviously I can not as I am out of the country. Great start to my vacation. I will cancel my account and take my money to Bank of America as soon as I get back home

Don’t get a safety deposit box at the Brookhaven branch unless you want to sit around waiting for someone to give you access for 30 minutes. It happens every time I want to access my box.

When you go in, look for June (Yujuan Zhang). June is a wonderful teller at Wells Fargo, who is friendly, professional, courteous, and attentive to your needs. She makes sure she takes care of you quickly. She’s very kind, and that’s hard to find nowadays. Only at this location. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
