Saturday banking... no drive thru tellers, inside 20 people in line waiting time over 30 minutes... just to cash a check... customer service is a thing of the past. Very poor!

Cannot pull my money out of this bank fast enough. Two weeks to get a new debit card, really? Thirty three years as a customer end today.

I just tried to get a fob for Wells Fargo business direct pay for my bookkeeper. No one knew what the heck was going on. They should have because I called Wells Fargo business banking online, explained everything that I needed to do, and was told to set an appointment at the local Branch, just like I did 2 years ago when I needed a fob for my bookkeeper. I got to the branch and no one, including the designated person for business account, knew how to handle it. Don't bother with Wells Fargo, they don't know what they're doing.

This Bank is the is not helpful. I could not get anyone to help me and they would only take appointments. I wanted to set up an account too.
THEN I sent my 80 year old father up there another time with an appointment and the person with the appointment didn’t show and AND they REFUSEd to help him!
When I tried to call, no one answered the phone. Their customer service is unavailable.

This has got to be the rudest bank branch in the history of banking. The managers are rude, and usually look for an excuse to say no, and most of the employees are rude too. But the teller I had today is nice. When the manager refused to waive a fee, I was talking with the nice teller (there is only one other nice one on the whole staff) and said that that the managers almost always say no. Then one of the rude hateful tellers (the one to my right) told the nice teller not to talk with me about that, and she then told me that I could not say that. I then laughed and told the nice teller not to let all the mean ones that work here change you, just keep being nice. Then the hateful rude teller told me that I could not say that, and that she would put a negative comment on my record. I then told her that I would greatly appreciate it if she would not to violate my 1st amendment constitutional right to freedom of speech (at that branch if a customer complains about the rudeness, they tag teamuand try to falsely make the customer the 'bad guy/villain's in their 'written comments, in an effort to muddy the water and cover up their trangresions). The rude hateful one then told me to leave, which I did. As I was walking out I mentioned how she should be fired, and that I would be making a complaint about her. I left, once again with another par for the course experience at, in my opinion, the worst bank branch in the world. Wells should fire that entire branch staff, except for the two nice tellers. Everyone should avoid that branch as long as that rude, hateful, terrible customer service group works there.I only go there when I have to. When I was. In line, there was a very nice female customer that got so frustrated with her teller had the manager that she n anger, returned after and leftin anger again...par for the course. Please notice that the Google reviews for this branch are about 2.5 on a 5 point scale, where you can't give a zero, the lowest ranking is a one. Wells, please fire this vindictive, clanish, hateful group!! They have gotten worse with time!!!

Have tried for multiple days at multiple times to have someone pick up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. I should not have to make an appointment to ask a freaking question about getting euros

Too many silly policies at Wells that are not in place at other banks. Hey Wells, customers come first.

Patricia was the most genuine & sweetest teller I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I’ve been a member of Wells Fargo since 1991 & people like her make me proud to be a member. She’s a great asset to have on the frontline! An act of kindness goes such a long way because you have no idea what people are going through & though this isn’t my home location, I’ll gladly make the trip to come here moving forward just because of her! Thank you so much Patricia!!!

I thought it was just me but one of the bank tellers is very passive aggressive. He talks down to me every time I come into the bank by asking for unnecessary things or repeating what I say in a condescending tone. I had been to bank 3 times in less than a month to handle some personal business and each time I came into contact with him his tone was so unpleasant. I am still thinking about this and it's almost been a month. I would definitely avoid in person interaction because of this. I thought I was alone until I read the reviews.

we are very disappointed with the Wells Fargo branches we visited today. We are long-standing Wells Fargo customers with a mortgage and several bank accounts and credit cards through this business. We have not gone into a branch for services for years. All we needed today was a notary for our will and the person at the bank told us she could not help us today. the other branch we went to didn't even have a notary despite this being a standard service that banks usually offer to their customers. We were told to go to UPS and pay for it. This is unacceptable. Notarizing a document would've taken five minutes. Oh, and you may be thinking, why didn't you call to see if they could take you today. We tried to call, no one answered their phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and disorganized branch. Wished I had read Yelp and Google reviews prior to going there. We are closing our account with them.

I went to Truist Bank up the street for the service Wells Fargo was incapable of, exchanging $1800 in small bills to 100s...
