Saturday banking... no drive thru tellers, inside 20 people in line waiting time over 30 minutes... just to cash a check... customer service is a thing of the past. Very poor!

Had some issues with wiring money through the app so went in branch and was patiently walked through step by step of what to put where. Thanks for the help
