This location has been an issue for me for that past few months. Packages aren't be scanned and as a small business I'm having to resend orders left and right. For whatever reason there's been a LONG delay in packages getting scanned. I've tried contacting this location several times and they NEVER answer the phone. Im not sure if they are overwhelmed or short staffed but THIS IS NOT OKAY!

My 3-4th visit here. Came during directed hours (between 9-12 pm arrived at 11). Waited 30 minutes and no one answered for mail pickup. I don’t have a USPS mailbox (usps has not fixed it yet- locks are on “back order”) so I have to drive to this location 15-20 minutes away. I can’t make it during business hours during the week so I have to come Saturday just to get my mail. Do my drive here and no one will answer and I cannot get my mail. Can hear people joking and laughing in the back so employees are here just not here to help you. My other visits I was able to get my mail (sometimes after a long wait because apparently understaffed). Today was terrible and I’m sad Other people were waiting with me and upset. Also not able to get the mail. They rang the bell too

These people are truly lazy. One doesn't want to bend down to place an oversized envelope in a package box and the other it to lazy to pick up a box that has toilet paper in it. This is why our, GA's mail system is the worst in the nation.
Since my last post, as of last week the USPS has decided that they will not deliver mail to the Dunwoody Village apts/Homes. Per management, it's due to vandalized mail boxes. This makes no sense whatsoever. Why would you not deliver mail to an entire complex/community due to a few mail boxes per the message. We were told that we have to drive to our nearest Post office and pick up our mail. What about the elderly, the disabled and those without cars? How are they supposed to get their mail. I am sure that this is a violation over several laws: Federal and State laws. We have a right to receive our mail like any other Georgia citizens.

Location is understaffed, but I had a very good experience with the only person at the front desk. He was polite, efficient, and friendly. Mailed an international package and bought some stamps. There was a wait mainly because he was the only staff in front, but he was thorough and professional.

Long lines and not enough people working at the front! This was my first impression of this particular post office! This is intolerable.

This new Rapid DropOff Kiosk is AMAZING. No longer have to wait in long lines for the service I need. Will definitely benefit customers as well as the employees. Very simple and easy to use! All locations should add.

Horrible staff, and erroneous information! This location isnt even my home location, but i got a notice of a package that needed authorized signature that needed to be picked up here. Came during their instructed hours (Sat 9am - 12pm). Rang the bell multiple times, and so did 3 others. Waited 30 min and nobody came to answer the whole time! But you know staff is there cuz we all hear them in the backroom doing whatever

This location is severely understaffed. They absorbed Dunwoody area residents’ mails, so it takes excruciating amount of time just to pickup a mail. Staffing just 1.5 personnel is crazy

Bryan is so helpful, polite, pleasant, and always attentive to post office visitors. If it wasn’t for Bryan, I wouldn’t step foot into this post office. He is able to handle everything for this post office!

This post office has been holding onto my packages for 10 days and still has not scanned them into their system or shipped them. I’m unable to track my packages or submit an inquiry on them because they won’t scan them. I went inside and asked the front desk about it and all they could tell me is that my packages were in this location, but not scanned or shipped. This is detrimental to my business because I have customers waiting to receive their packages and they’re thinking I haven’t shipped them yet when really the post office just won’t scan them to start tracking. These are also priority mail so they should’ve been shipped within 1-3 days!
