This store consistently loses packages (funny it always seems to be Sephora or other fun packages that disappear). They blame it on carrier leaving packages outside (go ahead-insert well-crafted excuse here, UPS Store owner) but this store is in constant CHAOS. Have witnessed being rude to customers. The volume is way too much that Chamblee has grown but the tiny store has not. I get mail all the time in my box that was for someone else's box. Careless. Someone has sticky fingers because of the dozen missing packages over last 3 years. This is an OWNER ISSUE!

I moved my UPS mail box from Ashford Dunwoody location to this one when it was closed. I also have UPS mail boxes at other property locations in other states and this by far has the worst staffing I have ever encountered at a UPS stores. Much like few of the other comments, the staffs here lack professionalism and customer service. If the staffs don't want to deal with customers and thinking that it is a joke of a job, do something else. Worst of all, I have seen the staffs here changing hands in the past couple of years and the professionalism has not improved, it comes from the top down. Knowing that most of the UPS stores are individually owned, the owner should take the accountability to maintain a professional business environment!!!

Worst UPS location I’ve dealt with. I came in with a larger sized degree I wanted to photocopy and the employees there snickered and laughed at me (in front of my face and behind my back) when I expressed that I wanted to be careful about copying it. I was planning to go professionally frame it once I finished at the store. One male employee turned his back to me and laughed to his coworkers. I then expressed again that I was sorry, but that it was an important document to me. It was my doctorate degree I had just received in the mail. The female employee then rolled her eyes at her coworkers in response to my comment and the other two proceeded to laugh. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior. I stated that their behavior was rude and they acted confused and didn’t even apologize. Instead, they began to argue. I walked out and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Brent and his team went above and beyond with my printing needs for my wedding. Extremely knowledgable. I'm not sure if the bad reviews are from prior management but I walked in and was greeted by every employee the moment I stepped in with huge smiles. I could tell they truly appreciated my business. I went to 2 other UPS locations and 2 other printing services and each gave me so much trouble. I will happily drive an additional 20+ minutes each time for the excellent customer service.
