I love going here to shop! The aisles are always so organized and tidy! Shoutout to the young Hispanic lady who I saw straightening the aisles! She always does a great job and is always friendly!

Would give this place more merit if they could ensure the attitudes at customer service were as fresh as the produce... some "new guy" wearing a guady cassette tape arm tat has an offensively stale one.
From the petty disappointment with being stalked through the isles, without as much as a "hello may I help you find what you need" ,followed up with an appearance at the counter, s/he appears to need further quality training on the motto "where shopping here is a pleasure", s/he seems a bit customer service intolerant.

Perfectly fine grocery and conveniently located. The produce leaves something to be desired and prices are very inflated.

Purchased some lunch meat from the deli it was way more expensive than the other side of town. The lady that assisted me didn't seem to happy that I didn't want her to cut up my meat.

Michael at the deli counter made the best Philly sandwich I’ve ever had from a Publix. Usually they are extremely soggy. Regardless Michael made a delicious lunch for me and did so with a smile and very professional and pleasant demeanor. This guy deserves to be brought into management if he is not already.

When I try to get a pharmacy order renewed in your app... There is never a follow up from your physical pharmacy at this store if my medication has an issue. I have to call each time.
Example 1: I asked for a renewal of insulin. In your app it said it was in progress for 3 days. I called today and found my meditation was on back order for the end of NEXT month. This is outrageous. I had to scramble to get the prescription transferred to my second choice pharmacy. I am literally trying to give publix more business and it is uphill.
Example 2: When I try to get a 90 day supply of medication they always only give me a 10 day supply. My insurance had approved the longer supply.
