9 minute late rule? Absolutely ridiculous. It sounds and feels arbitrary.

I have been a patient here for 5 years now and really enjoy this practice. They are clean and super timely, I have never waited more than a few minutes after checking in. Lara is the best and always listens and addresses any questions/concerns I have. I will continue to come here!
