I visited location 8/28th late afternoon as a walk in! I waited knowing there were appointments ahead of me! My appointment was decided on two ladies, one Black and the other was Somalian and neither wanted to cut my hair! Somolian was the lucky one ? She apologized for having to wait and the Black one explained that appointments are done online which I knew that! It was not about the time spent waiting for haircut, It was about how I was treated as a customer, woman, black woman!! As I took the seat I said that if you do not have time to cut my hair, I can go somewhere else!! The two tried to defend themselves!! It was how they debated who was going to take me as a customer!! Neither wanted to take me as their customer!! She chopped my hair like chopping steak, no care in the world on how I showed her how I wanted it cut!! Picture did not indicate short hair at all! It was supposed to be shaped into a similar Bob!! It was my plan to give a $5 dollar tip, I gave her. $3 and I started not to give her no tip!! Honestly, I wished I didn't after seeing the thoughtless cut I received and have to now spend more money shaping it up instead of looking chopped!! Whomever they think they are, they were not good representation to work in a customer service environment, maybe in the zoo where animals would not care what the mane looked like!! My hair stylist is currently in the hospital and this is why I walked in and I regret ever walking in that door!! My name is Velma Johnson put in computer as Valma! I only hope and pray that no one feels or had to feel the way that I feel about my experience at this location or any!! By the way it took her maybe 5 minutes and I asked her if she was done when I witness 15 or more minutes spent on the men who got hair cuts!! I have not read other reviews because at this location it would not matter! It was the most disgusting $20 that I have ever spent!!

I had a very nice time at this location (thanks Miss Beverly!) and I’m really happy with the cut.
A lot of reviews mention waiting and bad service, but I was taken back immediately and everyone was friendly. I did check-in online but got there 10 min before and they still took me back straight away.
Would definitely recommend!
Stylist: Miss Beverly did a great job, understood what I wanted and delivered!

There was one lady in there she had brownish hair and she was just so unprofessional and rude and just made it a bad experience overall, if i could give this a 0 i would.

Mr. James did a great job with my kid’s hair cut. My kiddo gets nervous during cuts, Mr. James took his time with my kid, let him check out the tools before he used them on his hair, and was able to create a friendly connect with my kid very quickly. When we left my kid said “I only want Mr. James to cut my hair from now on”
I’d be amiss if I didn’t share that the first person that went to cut my kid’s hair (during the same appointment) wasn’t good at all. As soon as we were assigned to her, the first thing she said was “if he starts fidgeting, I’m going to stop” sure enough, he stared fidgeting and she instantly got frustrated with him. Instead of slowing down the cut, she sped it up, which only made my kid more anxious. After me kid made the comment about Mr. James, he (the kid) told me the first person was pushing on his head too hard and he was afraid she was going to cut his ear because she was being so rough.
I’m so happy Mr. James was able to step in, she literally quit cutting my kids hair because he screamed from fear. Mr. James saved the day and, thankfully, helped my kid have a good experience getting a hair cut. <3
The owner definitely needs to ask some questions about the other person though!!!!!

I let my hair grow kinda long and had a wild man of Borneo look. I wanted to have enough hair to work with, apparently I achieved this goal. People were looking at me kinda funny and holding their little children closer.
My daughter politely let me know that I might want to get a haircut.
Went to the Great Clips, Ashford Dunwoody, new stylist, Rayne (hope this spelling is correct, she writes like I do, like a doctor. Pronounced Rain). Described what I was hoping to accomplish, she knocked it right out. Exactly what I was hoping for as a end result. Understand, I have a hard time with haircuts - "Does it look good?" Me, "Sure." "I don't know." "Maybe. I think so." "Ummm, ask me in three days after my hair adjusts." Hate that question.
This time - Fast and correct! I liked it. Received my daughter's approval, the stamp of approval. Yay!
Rayne is very polite. I am not sure how long - she is a good conversationalist - the haircut lasted but seemed very quick.
I do load the app, set the appointment to reduce the wait and then delete the app. I have no idea how secure the app is - who really does know about any app.
This is where I go, unless the wait is too long. There is another Great Clips nearby that is my back up on Peachtree Industrial, now just Peachtree. Same center as Whole Paycheck Market, oops, Whole Food Market. Still working on the Whole Paycheck look, "Yes, I am special, don't talk to me and don't get to close, one of us could explode from our self importance." I digress.
Good visit, had no wait, same price as last visit, apparently supply chain issues are all resolved now for businesses.
Ha! That just cracks me up.

Experienced the worse cute ever. Ms Dee the manager here cut my hair like so bad there’s nothing I could do to it now. She literally took the clippers without asking me how I wanted it… it was in the notes but for some reason something must’ve been skip. I’ve been to this place several times with 2 different people. They made me feel comfortable w gradually cutting it to what I wanted. This lady just went scissor happy and nicked me on the sides and back! This was a very simple cute already walking in w my cute styled.very unhappy and dissatisfied

Fast and courteous service. This is about the only good family friendly haircut places in the area. Plenty of parking.
UPDATE: Be sure to use the online check in feature! We were a walk-in and 7th on the list even though there was hardly anybody there. They just kept on coming in and had checked in online and we just waited and waited. Good for business, terrible for walk-in customers.

Worst place for haircut I have shared my before and after pic. See how she cut my hair . Unprofessionals. Rude to receive the comments. Management should train her and after that place her in job. Waste of money and time. I don’t have option to give zero star.. place avoid this place
