Andrew deserves a promotion. I would hire him in a heartbeat for my own business.
There was an issue with a Canva order that I noticed when picking up. Andrew calmly listened to my concerns, acknowledged the issue, and reprinted and carefully remedied the issue himself on the spot. I watched him check every printed piece individually, with utmost detail. Mistakes happen, but this guy treated me with respect and compassion and fixed the issue with efficiency and competence. This place has an average of 3.5 stars overall on Google. With a few more Andrews, it would become 5 stars overnight.

I had a great experience here. My printer broke, and I needed something printed last minute—The store was closing soon, but Andrew was so kind when I called and made sure my order was ready to be picked up before they closed. I appreciated it so much!

Dannielle was wonderful! She was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. I spent about an hour sending several packages and I am so happy that she was my representative. She made my expereince at FedEx wonderful.

We came in late on Saturday with several diplomas that needed to be packed and shipped. Ophelia and Latasha not only helped us get everything out before close but also helped us do it the most efficient way. Thank you both so much!!

Incompetent and unpleasant definitely unprofessional for someone to state that there is no one to assist with customers with large packages because the person who should is at lunch at 5:15pm

I have been here may times. Never had an issue so far. But i don't recommend taking passport photographs here, the ones i took have uneven light on either side of face. UPS does best job for the photos. But other than that, rest is all good.

Very rude staff and terrible service at this location. They don’t even care on whether you need assistance. Fedex higher management should review this location. Highly disappointed on the service, also how come there’s no place mentioning on where the line starts. Customers are standing confused expecting someone to help them.

I've never mailed anything before but chuck was very nice and I didn't end up having the money to go through with it, but atleast chuck made it seem like the easiest thing ever. Great staff
