Had a rude employee experience when I asked for the bathroom code. He walked me to the bathroom door and entered the code and said the code in a condescending very slow voice like I was a child. All I asked for was the code since the bathrooms are locked. And the water faucet in the bathroom for whatever reason runs for over 10 seconds after you remove your hands. I don’t get how it’s a brand new location. Defeats the purpose of a smart no-touch faucet if it doesn’t even work. They must be wasting a few hundred gallons of water a month at minimum.

never house the online ordering system unless you have the app and are actually signed in. paying as guest in a mobile browser will NOT save your order. AFTER I paid I tried to mark that I was at the store for pick up, but the page refreshed and I was unable to click the final button. Then they weren't able to see my order on their end. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to wait more than the 10 minutes I was there. So I left without the food I had already paid for.That said, I usually love going to this location. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant is ALWAYS clean.

Waited till this location worked out it’s opening ‘kinks’ before writing a review.Food quality fluctuates between good and bad quite frequently. Not something I associate with Chik-Fil-A.Service is almost always bad. Food Expo is slow, and no one behind the counter seems to know what they’re doing. My significant other also had a bad experience with a ‘manager’.When it’s good, this place is great. Unfortunately that’s not the case 90% of the time.

Nice big, clean dining room and indoor playspace. Everything is so new and fresh looking. Friendly staff and delicious food.

I was assisted by Metri and he was awesome! He was thoughtful and thorough about the menu and made me feel comfortable with taking my time and choosing my option. His referrals were perfect as well as his service. 10’s across the board.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A location in all of Metro Atlanta. The staff will look at you like a deer in headlights when you ask them a question. The young woman at the front named Gabby with wavy hair has the worst customer service that I've ever seen in all my life. I asked her a simple question regarding whipped cream. She looked at me clueless, turned around and walked away. My food was cold and poorly prepared. You are better off, driving a mile or two down the road and visiting a different location.The management needs to make serious changes to the staff and service or else this establishment will fail. this has been the common theme throughout the past experiences that I've had roughly 4 or five times over the last couple of months.

I ordered my food fresh & it was soggy when I got it , fries wilted and nuggets tasted like burnt oil and were also so soggy the breading was falling off. I went back in for a refund and the “manager” was very rude to me. Will not be back. Chickfila used to be better than this.

Ordered breakfast at 9:50, waited in curbside pickup until 10:30 when breakfast ended and went in to see what was up. I was told that more biscuits were being made and my order would be out soon. Waited another twenty minutes before going in again to see what was going on. They then told me there were no biscuits and I should have ordered breakfast earlier. They gave me a refund and a sandwich meal, but I still wasted an hour and my roommates didn’t get their Chick-fil-A biscuits. Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to

This is the worst Chik fil a i've ever been to. I have been 5 times and used mobile pick up. They have gotten my order wrong or else forgotten items every time. They are never apologetic about it!

Great play place where you can sit and watch your kids from afar. They have a lot to work on in terms of service; I’ve had to go to the counter multiple times to grab drinks because they don’t bring them to the table for dine in orders. They also pack our dine in order in to-go packing which seems wasteful. I’m sure they’ll improve eventually. They have a separate counter for pick up orders which is really cool!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, with high chairs, placemats, play place, and kids meals.
