I love BODY20. I look forward to going. The team is doing a great job working around an injury I have. Khary was awesome today! Even when I’m tired I still go because I feel the difference! Anyone can do anything for 20! Check it out!

I started going to Body20 to increase muscle mass, and have seen progress in my strength & endurance on runs in a short amount of time. Also, I love my sessions with Khary! He pushes me when I need a challenge or encouragement, corrects my technique, and is overall very engaged throughout sessions.
