Youssef who works in maintenance is always amazing. He is so kind, hardworking, and always responds very quickly to any service request. If there is an ever an issue, which isn’t common, he will make sure it is fixed

This rating is for Youssef on the maintenance team. He is not only extremely kind when coming to address any issue but takes care of the problem with speed and care. We haven't had to see him much (nothing is usually wrong, lol), but every time we do we're happy he's here to help. Great addition to the team.
