NEVER AGAIN! Will I use this pharmacy . I went yesterday which was May 22,2023 and I got there about 6:45 there was one other person was in front of me in line . When I got up to the counter the cashier directed me to go the other window to give my coupon . The cashier whose name was Katelyn , ( not sure if I spelled it correctly because she had it flipped around so u couldn't see her name. The only way I knew her name was because after she was so very disrespectful and the Rudest person I have ever come across in my life . I asked her for her name. Also the pharmacist acted like nothing had happened. Where do they get these people? I wouldn't u se this pharmacy if it was the last on earth! Katelyn needs to learn some manners!

Normally walmart pharmacist do okay handling my prescription and at customer service. I give 3 stars for the pharmacist at the cash register, but I would give 1 star due to the pharmacist at the consultation window it was around 1:55pm when I came. I stopped by today to pick up my prescription and I appreciated the employee who rang up my prescription but the employee who performed my consultation was rude and ask if I said my name was stinky and she also said "I was like your parent's named you that," and that was very rude to say. There were several pharmacist in the back and it took along time for me to be assisted I had to what on the one at register even though there were several that could have assisted me and the line wasn't that long. On top of that the consult employee's rude comment it was raining and I wasn't feeling that well today. I can't recommend them anymore.

1/10 would not recommend working there . I’m a cart associate currently . This place make hundreds of thousands of dollars a day and refuses to give employees overtime . The management thinks they are hot stuff when in reality they run around like a chicken with there head cut off . Lastly they will schedule you by yourself almost every night with little help and if you had to run after hundreds of carts by yourself, you would understand its a 2 to 3 person job . Overworked and underpaid is a understatement…. 100% unprofessional

They just need to have a better system alerting customers that one side of the doors is closed/locked!!! No one wants to park and walk all the way to the doors to then find out they are locked

Because it’s awful , always stocking stuff but nothing people need, but not only is the grocery slacking but the pharmacy tech lady is rude and thinks she can talk to people how she wants to and when she’s proven wrong she don’t have the decency to apologize for her mistake and just gets quit and that’s extremely rude but a me and another customer let her have it today and needless to say because of the dark haired pharmacy tech, we’ll be using Walgreens

I hope you know, that your new "social distancing" measures has made the whole shopping experience, that much more difficult, and is really kind of pointless. I wont be shopping there anymore. Most of your clothes and other items come from China anyway

I posted on the Facebook page and Walmart sent me the link for messenger and asked me to explain what happened. I did... now it’s four days later and I haven’t heard from them! Very disappointed. Very unhappy. So much for customer service.
