Couldn't get any help from staff after I traveled from Alabama to Georgia because one of the staff told me to come to theVerizon store then they could not help me when I got there. Said I would have to call Verizon. It seems like they could have called for technical help for me right there at the store and gotten everything settled in

Very helpful worker. I got there thinking they opened at 10 but they opened at 11. The worker let me come in at 10:30.

Tim was absolutely amazing to work with! He was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I will definitely be returning to this store if I need help with anything else! I would recommend this store and Tim to anyone.

You think vic has a story, boy I have one. It's not Verizon lying and stealing its Russell Cellular. Tim Bates is a coward. He scams the elderly. Overcharged 3600$ in over a 17 month period. Finally called fraud myself. And he could have fixed the problem his sales reps created. They charged 600$ for a device we already owned and financed it, added a bogo and two lines in order to upgrade a phone on the account, didn't tell him this was how they were doing it when one call to Assurion would have fixed it. When you don't let him call customer service or fraud people actually figure things out. He claims to be a former officer he claims sciatica employee's answer and are rude and hang up, he raised a bill from 353$ a month to astronomical numbers with so many promises to fix it and oh wait three weeks me back swears he made fraud reports that never existed. Thats just a start. Carrollton is highly recommended and owned and operated by Verizon and not a private owned Russell Cellular

Went in with 30 minutes before close to purchase a new phone. Was told to come back the following day. Normally don’t leave reviews but this really frustrated me. 12/5/21.

Theses folks will lie to you to get the sale of a new phone. I was told that I would get $$$ for my phone and come to find out from Verizon the only way I could get the discount was to change plans. They never told me this and took my phone which I did not get a dime for and now I have to pay full price for the new phone I have. The manger is a coward and would not return phone calls and the male sales person in this place is a joke and a very rude individual. Stay away and go to Carrollton or elsewhere. You have been warned!

Completely terrible experience. Not sure of the guys name. The guy with a beard and braves shirt was completely rude, and unhelpful. On 9/4/21 around 4pm he was there.I walked in and stood there for about 10 minutes (annoying but no big deal, im generally a patient person.), once the guy spoke to me, I told him my issue. Instead of trying to fully understand what my issue was, he made a blatantly WRONG assumption about what my problem was after I had only spoken to him for about 30 SECONDS. Guy just handed me a sim card and told me to CALL VERIZON. WHY? IM IN THE STORE???? anyway. DUDE WAS A COMPLETE J*** when I walked back into the story after he practically rushed me out. After explaining to him why I was confused about my issue, he said, quote:"well idk how that happened, you should call NASA and tell them about it."Turns out, I never used the sim cardhe handed me. Ended up figuring it out on my own, with no help from verizon or especially that here.Don't remember his name. Like saidGuy with beard, was there on 11/4/21 around 4 pm. It was him and some other female associate.
