I gave this location one more shot because the last few times I’ve used the pet wash it has been down right disgusting red mud caked on the walls the floors and it just being nasty well I was very pleased today with how much better it looked but I then go to purchase something I had asked to see if they could price match something that was from another tractor supply that was clearanced because the other store no longer sells the item I was interested in and talk about unprofessional customer service being rude and not even listening to the customer out of the 5 years I’ve been in customer service that is not how you treat a customer while yes even if you don’t agree with the customer the customer is always right not the other way around I don’t think I will ever be returning to this location ever again I wish I could leave a zero star review

I tried to return an unopened bag of mulch this morning to find out that Tractor Supply has a 30 day return policy. I've bought all my garden supplies from Tractor Supply in years pasts, and spent thousands of dollars annually at Tractor Supply, but I will not shop at Tractor Supply again, while the 30 day return policy is in effect. Home Depot has a no question return policy, so to Home Depot I will go.

I figured that since Tractor Supply “owns” Petsense, they would honor the military discount all day every day like Petsense does. How wrong I was. They actually gave me a dirty look when I asked about it, like it was suddenly a crime to save money. That’s fine. If I need dog food, Petsense in Villa Rica has the same products, consistently give a military discount, and have a buy 10 get one free program. Plus, I feel like they actually give a rip about their customers. Do better, TSC Bremen.

The staff not very helpful and act like they don’t give a rip about anything. Tried finding an air filter for my lawn mower I purchased through them and was told if I didn’t see it then they don’t have it. They’re not going to help you locate anything.

The first time I came in, I bought a blackstone and paid cash for it. The cashier cashed it out without entering the amount of money I gave him leaving him to have to do the math for my change. He could not do the math, therefore leaving me to tell him how much change to give me back. Thank God I’m honest. That would’ve been an easy scam.Now tonight I go in for a pet wash at 6:30. Store closes at 8 on Mondays. Why is it this is the ONLY store out of 3 that I visit that closes the pet wash an hour and a HALF prior to the store closing?I’ll just stick to the Cedartown store.

The dog wash is the best! My 100lb labradoodle loves going for baths. The dryer has an attachment that seems to deshed him really well. He leaves smelling & looking so fresh!
