Friendly but not efficient. Poor leadership. If there is over 10 customers, one teller taking a long personal call at her station, a second teller running both the car line and customers inside, the most logical response is for a manager to help the tellers, not offer everyone in line coffee and bank deposit slip. Friendly but there's a better version of customer in that situation. Be a leader and help out your employees! A little inappropriate as everyone had waited over 15 minutes. Shout out to the teller working as hard as she could!
