The first pair of lenses sent back wasn't correct... next pair of lenses don't fit the frames correctly and fall out sometimes...a waste of 500 bucks!!!!!

My wife and I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this Walmart Eye Center. Megan and Chrissy (on separate days) both went above and beyond to help us, and explain aspects of vision wear to us that in 18+ years of wearing glasses we hadn’t known. Highly recommend! (Note, we only used them for frames & lens; not for our eye exam.)

This has to be hands-down the worst vision center. I spoke with Brooke and she lied to me on the phone saying she would fax over my prescription, and in reality she didn't even have my physical prescription to fax over and didn't feel the need to call me and let me know. I drove all the way to another vision center to hopefully get new contacts but since my information was never faxed over I basically wasted my gas. They have absolutely worst customer service, I still do not understand why she couldn't just give me a courtesy call but instead I wasted my gas and my time. I highly advise everyone to not go to this vision center and take your money somewhere else!

1/10 would not recommend working there . I’m a cart associate currently . This place make hundreds of thousands of dollars a day and refuses to give employees overtime . The management thinks they are hot stuff when in reality they run around like a chicken with there head cut off . Lastly they will schedule you by yourself almost every night with little help and if you had to run after hundreds of carts by yourself, you would understand its a 2 to 3 person job . Overworked and underpaid is a understatement…. 100% unprofessional

They just need to have a better system alerting customers that one side of the doors is closed/locked!!! No one wants to park and walk all the way to the doors to then find out they are locked

Because it’s awful , always stocking stuff but nothing people need, but not only is the grocery slacking but the pharmacy tech lady is rude and thinks she can talk to people how she wants to and when she’s proven wrong she don’t have the decency to apologize for her mistake and just gets quit and that’s extremely rude but a me and another customer let her have it today and needless to say because of the dark haired pharmacy tech, we’ll be using Walgreens

I posted on the Facebook page and Walmart sent me the link for messenger and asked me to explain what happened. I did... now it’s four days later and I haven’t heard from them! Very disappointed. Very unhappy. So much for customer service.

I booked an appointment over the phone for a 10:00am Thursday exam a few weeks ago. On the Wednesday morning before, I received an email reminder that I had a 10:00 exam that morning rather than on Thursday like I was told over the phone. As much of an inconvenience as it was, I called out of work and arrived 15 minutes early. After being taken back to the exam room and waiting for over an hour, I was told that the doctor hadn't shown up or called and that I could come wait back in the waiting area. There was obviously a lot of confusion going on and nobody seemed to have any answers or know what to do. After about 30 minutes of waiting, a doctor showed up and performed my exam and I ordered my contacts. I was told the contacts would arrive in 4-5 business days.
