“Excellent customer service from Wanda! I mailed a package to my grandson and wrote the wrong address and it was delivered to a house that was being sold and was empty. They sent the carrier back to the house to retrieve my mistake and deliver it to the correct address. I had the tracking number and other identifying info from the package and they could match the addressee. They went out of their way to correct my mistake. I did not have any of the issues I see in these other reviews. Just the opposite. Thank you, Wanda for going the extra mile for us.”

“Karen was extremely helpful. I posted my help request to find missing mails on the USPS website at 2am. She called my cell at 8am and solved my issue right away. I believe she must have investigated the whole thing even before post office opens for business at 8am. I would love to give her and USPS service team a 5 Star review grade. Great job Karen!”
