Store should be burned to the ground and the ground salted. As a matter of fact the store next door should suffer the same fate purely because of proximity. First Joni the GM has to be the rudist most condescending human alive .
I went in to try and sort out the Charleston Foxtrot they caused by ordering the parts wrong 3 times costing me $21,000 in overdue fees on a project I've contracted to do. trying to be nice as possible one of the employees started talking a bit inappropriate (sexual) I respoded in Kind (probably shouldn't have) well I was banned for this.

Staff is very friendly usually have what you need only issues I have is when I buy alternators from them they claim that they test them but sometimes you'll get a faulty one Just make sure that they put you in the system with the warranty cuz if not you're up a creek

If this had been my first trip to this store, I would given it one star. My first trip, 2 nights before this one, went very smooth. Today, I ordered 5 lug nuts online to pick up later. I didn't get an email saying the order was ready, but I got to the store 20 minutes before it closed and 2 hours and 30 minutes after I ordered them. Lance immediately asked if I had gotten an email and proceeded to tell me I should have waited on it and then started making excuses about them being busy. I could have driven to the store and gotten the lug nuts and wouldn't have gotten some lip from Lance because I didn't wait on an email. Lance, just do your job and unless someone is giving you some lip, keep it to yourself. I don't care how busy you are or were. I work hard every day and don't give my customers ANY lip. Get over yourself

Ordered a product for pickup. No one was able to find the product. Eventually the employee had to pull it off the shelf on the show floor.
