I am the IT Director for the City of Bremen and we purchased a downtown sound system from Music Depot (Distex). I was extremely pleased with all phases of this project. The guys were professional and extremely efficient during the installation process. They took their time walking me through the features of the system. We had one minor glitch (turned out to be a setting) and they came out the same day I called about the problem. Would use them again and highly recommend their services.

A huge store with a lot of stuff. Was looking for a starter guitar and have been happy with the Ibanez I picked up. Will definitely make it back to browse the other stuff they have at some point.

Bought a new microphone that didn't work out of the box. They didn't have a replacement and wouldn't offer a refund or store credit. I'm currently compiling a list of people mistreated by this organization. So far, we're prepared to post over 120 negative reviews. You should have done better music depot.

A wonderful place sort of hidden if you don't know what you're looking for. I bought my first guitar here and find it a great pleasure to stop by occasionally. A reviewer asked if you can sell used equipment here.. well, it all depends. They will buy old musical equipment and instruments but that doesn't mean they'll purchase everything. The best thing to do is stop by and see if they're interested. Best of luck to you and to the rest who're unfamiliar with this store.. definitely stop by. You won't regret it, and if you do, I would strongly reconsider the path of the musician because I promise they have what you're looking for.

Hire someone with sales experience because the customer service is BAD, lady was very rude and disrespectful. Went there to purchase a banjo, left went elsewhere due to the customer service experience ??????STAY AWAY

Called first to get a price to re-wire my guitar. Dropped guitar off and when I picked it up price was $15 more. Paid anyways and get home and same static noise was not fixed. Never did fix my guitar and charged me more than quoted. Stay away from this bad business!!!
