The Deli went above and beyond for me on Sunday, July 13th. I ordered 2 wing trays and 2 fruit trays. Both were piled high, and worth every dollar spent. The wings were fresh and hot out the grease.and the fruit OMG. So much of all kinds of fruit. The customer service was bar none. If you have party food needs, look no further than Bremen Ingles Deli. ❤️

They have a decent item selection at this store. Most of the employees are young and they're very rude not the kind of store you want to go to when you just want to grab your items and get out the door, the employees are also rude off the clock.Managers let them be disrespectful. In my opinion I would avoid Ingles but if you just love the store avoid the Bremen location. Terrible customer support and terrible shopper experience.

I regret to say that after being very happy with this store and staff, today they hit rock bottom with me. After not having enough soup on their food bar and no individual muffins in the case the manager refused to reduce the price of the soup I was going to purchase because "she can't control how much someone puts in the container" well duh you can't fill a container if the product is not available!! We have shopped this store at least twice a week over the past year but I guess our business is not important to them and that's fine we will shop elsewhere. The part that is so disappointing to me is that this was for my 88 year old Mother (whom the manager could see sitting in her wheelchair at the register) and she was so looking forward to the potato soup for her supper but no matter mine is better and I won't be purchasing the ingredients for it at Ingles anymore.
