“I came in the store tonight with about 15 minutes until closing and had a long list of items to find. Hannah and William were trying to complete all of their closing duties before 9, but they stopped and asked me how they could help me even though they were busy. “It's getting better inside as far as being clean and organized since they did a remodel on the store. I don't like the fact that they only have self checkout and not one cashier working”
“I am impressed with the remodel, Bremen! You had employees everywhere and the shelves were nicely stocked and orderly.. which must be why not a single employee acknowledged me throughout the entire store. I was shopping for over 90 minutes plus self-checkout. Luckily, the Walmart app was on point looking for products and checking prices. Unwelcoming associates lost ya that star. ?”
