Long line and long wait. Once it was our turn Jose R was very helpful and quickly able to get us set us with a new phone. The hour wait was disappointing--the store is understaffed. But we eventually got what we came in for.

Rose the store manager (I think) was wonderful and really patient. Her colleague Cece (I think that’s her name?) anyway they were both great. Thanks for making my experience great and due to your customer service I didn’t mind waiting. Keep up the great work ladies!
