It such a busy season for UPS. I visited the store the store today, there were multiple employees helping customers and making business efficient. All employees were friendly and kind! I know that can be difficult during this busy season.

Returned my AT&T equipment to this store along with some other packages going back to Amazon. I received a receipt for the Amazon packages and was told “have a good day.” Now, AT&T said they do not have that equipment and I have to pay $168 for “non returned equipment” in order to have my service turned back on. But this store “cannot do anything to help.”

I don't use shipping services often but I had to ship out three separate collections of items to different people. The associate Andrew Frisbee assisted me and was very helpful and pleasant to to work with.

I use this location regularly and I've always had a great experience. Returns, shipping, using the computer and printing, faxing. I've done it all and I've never had an issue. I've always received great customer service and help when needed.

I had always used this store but noticed recently the service has been suffering. Showed up at 12:45 with a few items to find the door locked and a hand written sign stating closed for lunch! Really? They were there. Everyone is entitled to lunch, however, when you run a this type of a customer service business that people use often during lunch, you eat when you can. Customer first. Just common sense. Will no longer use this store. Fortunately, a new one opened closer to me.

I came this location because a document requiring a signature was not even attempted delivered (we have video proof they never came), which is an issue with UPS drivers an not them. However, my issue with this store is how incompetent and rude they are. I came in with my tracking info and explained the situation. I asked them the check the tracking to see where it would be since it said final delivery attempt made (even though my video shows no one coming to my door). Without checking my info, they said it would be at their location the next day. How could they possibly know this without asking my address or tracking? Yet they insisted I didn’t need to linger and it would be here tomorrow. Tomorrow came, I called, it wasn’t there, they told me to call corporate. I was upset that they insisted it would be there without actually doing to the work to make sure they were giving me the correct info. I couldn’t even say that without the jackass on the phone interrupting me. I kept asking to not interrupt me, and he just hung up. What a j****

Sadly, since this is the only UPS store close by, I felt I had to tolerate their rude obnoxious attitude and behavior. However, they have now lost 5 of my Amazon returns. The amount of time I've spent talking to Amazon about these lost items is asinine (thank goodness I keep all my return receipts) and worth driving further away to get decent service. Per Amazon, this happens frequently with this UPS and they are going to investigate. Be careful returning items from this location!!!

Unfortunately, there is no other UPS store in Braselton or Hoschton.Whenever you go to a store you think, it's not a good time for a return :)) they look at you like you are wasting their time even if they act like that. Internet reception is not good there so you can NOT (again NOT) pull up your Amazon very fast, then the guy over the counter is really impatient. Most of the time he is trying his best that you feel you are not welcome there or trying to overwhelm you, even they start asking a very personal question like therapist :))). So my experience is awful and my neighbors all have the same feelings. They make up different fake and wrong excuses to do NOT the job..... Why? who knows. for example amazon system is down today, amazon can not accept more than 400 every day or the amazon system is not working today because its a holiday, then you go to a different store 10 miles from them everything is good and they accept your return but they don't'Be aware!! before you go. If you go there you will see Vish who is always grumpy, the older one is an expert to ask very personal questions. Also if you go afternoon you have a higher chance to get rejected by fake stories.I swear if I have the option to not go there I would do that unfortunately they are closest and we are out of the luck we hope someone opens UPS store and save all of us.Good luck everone

Anil was less than happy to assist me with simply printing a label for my package to be shipped. He seemed annoyed for having even bothered him. I will likely never return to this UPS store.

If you go on Saturday the signs says open until 3 but 3 times been there 5-20 minutes before and they are close, locked and gone.
