I had an interview with them and I passed the first round. I was then scheduled for a second interview and I got there 15 minutes before my interview. I walked in and told the receptionist why I was there. She said they forgot to put me down for the second interview and that I had to reschedule. She was very rude and rescheduled again. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Fast forward I go to my second interview and the manager told me how impressed he was with my background or so I thought. And made it seem like I was going to get that job. They never followed upI waited for 6 months and applied about 3-4 again and all I kept getting was rejection emails. The discrimination is real. Stay away from uline

I’ve tried to get hired in this company. My personal opinion as I was called once and went thru the interview process and assessment that was easy by the way but not enough time to complete all the questions. I believe this place pick and chooses who they like. The day I got interviewed the lady seemed polite but I could sense a feeling of negativity as if you are not the chosen. I also believe that their company is unprofessional how they handle their interviews, they set all this tables right in the wearhouse where the forklift and machinery noise it’s going on, not only makes it hard to hear the person who is asking questions but the noise is loud that you really need to speak out loud for them to hear you. Yes it is poorly conducted. As I am reading all this reviews I came across one answer from the employer. Well I have something to say that, if you take your process very seriously then, why is it that your company keeps recruiting people again and again? Is it something that Uline is missing that aren’t capable to keep employees? Uline is a great company and I have my insiders that I prefer no to speak about that. I believe the management might not have the good judgment about people who comes and is interested to get a job with Uline. I also believe that you have to give people a chance, regardless it is their choice to quit when they want to. You will be surprised that a person who doesn’t have a bachelor degree can actually be productive, patient, honest, calm in the most stressful situation, as well knowing how to treat your costumers with respect and care. That is the main goal being a costumer care advisor. Trust me many intelligent people are out there that includes me. Sadly I have been rejected one time and the second time I applied they didn’t call me for interview, but actually emailed me that they chose to move forward with other applicants. So another question I wonder , if the recruiting process is taken seriously why did you chose me in the first place for interview? , but not the second?I believe maybe it is not the right time or perhaps the right place to work.Perhaps almighty is protecting me and knows that employer might not deserve me. Could it also be perhaps that having poor management is hurting your company and that is why you keep hiring people several times in a year? Otherwise you wouldn’t have to keep hiring isn’t? I’ve work in call center before and I am aware what the job requires regardless of my education. I am sorry for your loss and decided not to hire me as a faithful employee who is honest and productive. I wish you all best in your search.

This company is weird I’ve tried for 2 years now to get hired I’ve worked customer service for ages n also bilingual but every time I apply all I get is a rejection email I’ve tried reaching out to the hr dept n nothing no response I don’t know how much more qualified I can get

this company is a horrible company. Had a job interview without telling you what to expect they give you a paper assessment give you 4 minutes to complete you would think that it would be a nice place to interview. No! They put you out on the warehouse floor at number lunch tables sit you and after the terrible experience loud noise and forklifts all around you completing an assessments the interviewers come out to talk to you in the middle of the lunch break area in front of everyone you shout out your answers to the little girl Infront of you interviewing you. a total waste of my time with the worst customer experience ever. Don't bother to reach out to me not interested in working for this terrible place out in the middle of no where.

Tuesday May 23, 2023 at 10am. I have a interview with this company. It seems on the off-side of things (meaning, their seft-call-test, no-one couldn't finish that test in 4 mins). I also notices That the HR Manager that interviewed me had a look on her face look I didn't belong there and never look at me as she was asking me questions. They emailed me that and stated that I wasn't what they are looking for. So I reply with this email (Thank you for wasting my time and thank you for discriminating)

I am leaving this review to inform others that this company is deceptively labeling job postings as remote for “visibility”, when in reality the jobs are on site. Why on God’s green earth would you think lying to potential applicants or wasting their time with false job postings would secure top talent? I will be leaving this review in as many places as possible for “visibility”. Please, be cautious of this employer

We would love to order from Uline, especially since we are less than 50 miles away. But instead they will only honor our order if we ship it for a high freight charge. No pick up. Bad policy for those that are local.

What kind of talent are you seeking!!!? You advertise all of these job fairs with qualified ppl applying. I been turned down three times now with my experience. Do you not accept African- Americans period with experience! Thanks for the rejection email. Cherry-picking at its best!! EEOC needs to come up in here like yesterday! I'm noticing in these reviews it's only ppl of color being turned down and have these types of concerns. Uline y'all better stop it!!

I have years of warehouse experience and a four year degree and this company does nothing but send rejection letters. Waste of time. You could be the best employee but this scam company would never know.

By seeing previous post from other individuals it seems like “Good ole boys” is all they look for. If you’re a person of color I was advise you not to waste your time and look for another company

We do a lot of catering and in store business at my restaurant Stonewall's BBQ in Braselton for Uline. Everyone I've ever delt with have been kind and good people, and we appreciate thier business and support.

What an awesome interview process. They make you take 2 timed tests right away. Nobody really gave me the time of day. Me and my female friend got interviews the same day. She has a criminal record with felonies. I have a clean record with military background. I was denied but she got the job.
