Would absolutely recommend puppy pantry especially the Braselton location. Shannon is the best. i am a person who asks a lot of questions, Shannon has never made me feel unwelcome or bothered by my relentless questioning of everything. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable. She knows the ins and outs of all products that is sold at puppy pantry. She always makes sure to help you find whatever you want or need and if it’s not in store she most certainly will offer to order it for you. I always have the best experience when I come to the puppy pantry in Braselton. Also I wanted to point out that The prices are fair and not overpriced like other pet boutiques I’ve been in before. When I first came to this location I explained to Shannon about my furbabys Penelope’s condition and the need for specific dietary restrictions. she went out of her way to help me out and found many different options of healthy food choices for Penelope she explained all the different types of food options. She would explain the benefits and downsides (for Penelope’s specific dietary needs)between wet food , kibble, freeze dried, and raw. When I finally did make the decision on Penelope’s food I felt confident in my decision because of all of the information Shannon explained to me. I highly highly recommend this boutique. Give it a try you will not be disappointed and neither will your furbabies!!!!!!

Went to get our dogs all fresh before our wedding! They were super accommodating and understood our dogs had never visited a self service bathing facility before but were so loving to our fur babies! She made sure the area was cleaned and prepped

This place was referred to me and I will not be going back. When we first arrived. The young lady at the registered did speak, but I was very confused on the process for my dog getting a haircut. I asked her what kind of haircut my dog would be getting and she’s told me to hold on let me go get the “lady” I was like what lady? She was talking about the groomer. When the groomer came out she was not polite she said “yes”. I asked her what type of haircuts she offered and she said what kind of haircut do you want for your dog? This was going to be my dogs second haircut only he’s only eight months old. As I was explaining to her what I wanted for him and she looked at him and said, I might have to shave his hair off it’s matted. My dogs hair was not matted. I felt that was rude I told her his hair was not matted she continued to argue with me. I told her do not shave my dogs hair off I will leave and go somewhere else. She said I will give him a bath and decide if I need to shave his hair. I said no you will not , you can give him a bath and if you feel you need to shave his hair off call me and I will come get him. I was so nervous to leave my dog at the groomer. They called me a hour later and said my dog was ready. Abby the groomer did a good job at the end but I will not be coming back here, not sure how my dog was treated in the back. That whole grooming experience was on Unpleasant.

Our dog does not tolerate other animals. Our groomer, Victoria takes our pup when all of the other dogs are gone. She does an excellent job and our little girl does not seem stressed when we pick her up.

Joey is our groomer and we could not love her more! She is friendly, fun, wonderful with our 3 dogs, creative and talented! Highly recommend her!!

Justin groomed my Schnauzer today and he did an amazing job! Finally found a groomer that knows how to cut a schnauzer I am so pleased.
