I came to the store because my stain was mixed incorrectly and they told me that they would not fix it. I have been an account customer for almost 10 years never had any issues until today. This store is not helpful. Try the Winder location for better customer service. Zero stars.

Alex was one of the worst representatives that you could ever have answering the phones and dealing with customers on a Saturday. He sounds high and cannot figure out any numbers. He had my guy standing there for 30 minutes wasting time and then finally told him he wouldn’t sell them the paint, which is absolutely ridiculous being that they sell paint

Was on hold from gainesville to there and while still onn hold i walk in the store and 1 of the 2 employees was helping a customer and the other was maybe sleeping or something ? but was 15 minutes on hold and only one customer in the store and 2 employees..you do the math lol ?..customer service here is way under par . Step it up chris !!

Poor management and customer service. I wouldn’t give any star at all. The guy who helped me did not want to help. He was so reluctant to answer my questions. He looked so boring with no energy. Did not smile at all, he didn’t even ask me any questions what am I looking for or doing in order to give me any recommendations. Eventually the store manager tried to help but my desire to shop at this store was over. She also tried to defend the guy and said she rather not to hear what I want to explain the issue. But google will bring this issue up to the owner. Hope he/she realizes how bad the management and customer service at this store was. Don’t trust the store manager to run your business, because she tries to hide the issues from the owner. If she cares enough about the business, she would have opened her mind to listen to the customers regardless where it was a legitimate complaint.
