Do not trust this pharmacy with your hand written prescriptions from your doctor for controlled substances. I just went to order a refill for my son's ADHD medication. I previously turned over to them 3 months of refills from the pediatrician and have only filled two. Today they tell me they don't have the 3rd refill on file and look at me with blank stares as if they didn't royally mess up. They did not appear troubled in the least. This is not only extremely frustrating for me since I now have to go back to the pediatrician a month early and my son will most likely run out of his medication before we can be seen, but it is a dangerous and suspicious business to be losing prescriptions for controlled substances.

Unfortunately some of the staff members are not attentive. I understand that dealing with customers is challenging, but when the members take that bad attitude with everyone else, it is not correct. Besides the attitude, there's is also rudeness when it comes to answering a concern. I politely asked the member at the register to please check if my discount card (that I presented at the register) would work towards a discount. The employee refused to do it by just looking at it. But my insurance sent me that card to be presented at the pharmacy before paying for a prescription. It was noted in the letter that in most cases, it could be used to save up to 30%. It was noted also that it can be used on top of any other savings. The card has some numbers that need to be inputted in the system for verification. Apparently, it is too much of a hustle for the employees to do that. Even though it took him less than 3 mnts. We used this card in the past at the same location, and it worked. Another employee who looked like the man in charge got involved in the situation and assured that I was not "telling the truth" so he asked he can check the system to see if in deed it was used. To his surprise it was used and we obtained a discount in the past. He did not apologize for calling a liar. Instead, he said, "we can check and see if it would work, but it will not. Jajajaja, that is exactly what I asked from the beginning.... what is the big deal with just checking? Do they get paid my commission? Does the value of the prescription affect their salaries? It is as simple as being nice to the customer, cheking to see if it works, if it doesn't great, if it does great too! If the workers at the pharmacy can not hundle the pressure? They are in the wrong business...

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. The staff is great and they have kept up with my needs and those of my family. This is a great place to take care of your health needs. Highly recommended.

There is this one lady that is always extremely sassy and rude to me every time I pick up medication. I went in today to pickup a prescription for birth control. That was sent in four hours ago. And she claims it wasn’t ready saying to me I can wait or pick it up later. I’ve never been helped by someone with such a terrible attitude.

They have friendly employees working here. BOGO deals are the best. They are building a new two story location next door in the near future.

The many tiles I’ve gone to this Publix I’m very disappointed. Every time we come to the aisle with a bunch of groceries the baggers always seem to disappear and we end up having to bag our own groceries. If it was just a few items it wouldn’t be an issue but we have entire shopping carts full of groceries, and every other Publix they always have baggers not only willing to bag but offer to help us bring the groceries to the car as well. Corporate fix this!! Your employees are a disappointment!!!!

I have come to this Publix for many years. The staff was ALWAYS friendly. Someone always greeted you. Someone would ask if you were finding what you were looking for. Cashiers were very nice and would chat with you. I have no idea what has happened? Change of mgmt? Almost all the employees you were use to seeing are gone. The new cashiers/baggers don’t even look at you. Some don’t greet you. Baggers just toss your groceries in a bag. If you try to be friendly, they ignore you. Just not my local, neighborhood Braselton Publix anymore. Not much better customer service wise than Kroger.

I’ve been a patron at Publix stores for over 30 years and have never been treated so rudely as I was today. I went to pick up my prescription this afternoon and asked the man at the counter if I was in network as I went to hand him my card. He just glanced down at my hand and back up at me and said”name?”. I told him my name and he went back to grab my prescriptions. He said “Its here” and , while I was trying to inquire if I was in network,he ignored my inquiry and instead just talked over me to quote me the price. At this point I once again inquired if I am in network, he snatched my card out of my hand . He then sighed, rolled his eyes and began to type into computer. He walked to the back made some corrections to the paperwork and then brought prescription back the front. After coming back he looked at me and said: “address?” After I told him my address he tossed my medicine across counter with a loud thump and gave me a new prescription price. I paid for the RX. This man would not tell me if I were in network. After the transaction, I waited up front and spoke to him about his poor customer service and how rude and disrespectful he was being. It seemed to fall on deaf ears, so I asked to speak to his manager. The pharmacist came to the front and I briefly went over the scenario of what had transpired between this young man and myself. I told her that he is in need of some customer service training. I felt disrespected and unvalued as a customer.

Typical Publix subs line. Always backed up bc they have the slowest person making sandwiches. To them online orders are way more important than the 12 people in line also purchasing other grocery items. Publix only gets away with it bc their only competition is Subway

I cannot express enough gratitude to the pharmacists at The Vineyards location in Braselton Georgia. They went over and above to resolve a very important complex matter. We are forever grateful for your kindness.

No matter what. I am someone who loves and proud of Publix. Unfortunately, I had really bad experience with the pharmacy. The pharmacist that assisted me was very rude and didn't believe that I got a call the pharmacy. Another pharmacist assisted me and explained that some of order was ready and some wasn't to come back later. I asked if I could just shop around and wait for it to be filled and she ignored me and asked to help the next person in line. This is unacceptable and Publix should really have a talk with the pharmacy on how to better assist customers as well as there attitude.
