I have visited on occasion in the past and choose this location over others because of her kindness, knowledge & outstanding customer service. I had never needed it more than I have over the last couple of days when I was dealing with a very emotional matter regarding the IRS and the recent passing of my mom. I had to fax lots of documents, and be on hold by phone for a long time in between faxes, and she was quick to assist me in anyway that she could. Truly a game changing experience for a service company and her attitude towards helping her customers!”

“Jordan South. Jordan is the reason I give this store a 10 out of 10. Today, August 22, 2024, I went into this store to print out some documents and send them to the recipient. Despite all the workload that was happening in the store at that time, I mean an aggressive old grandfather who could not figure out his desires, a girl who wanted to return Amazon parcels and did not speak English well, all the time talking about her child crying in the car, a queue that began to accumulate due to the lack of help for Jordan. This employee was extremely calm and very kind to everyone who was in the store. He helped the girl return the Amazon parcels, quickly allowing her to return to her child, helped the grandfather figure out how to print his musical notes, helped me with sending documents to the right address, which I entered incorrectly twice. He was polite and very qualified with maximum dedication and customer focus. I am sincerely grateful for his work and his attitude towards customers. This is what I come and return to UPS for.”
